          On October 25, 2025, the 2025 Jiangsu Low-Altitude Economy Innovation and Development Academic Conference, themed “Smart Leadership in Low-Altitude, Innovation Shaping the Future—High-Quality Development and Innovation of the Low-Altitude Economy,” was grandly held in Nanjing. As one of the joint sponsors of the Conference, Mr. Zhang Anqiang, President of Duolun Technology, was invited to attend the opening ceremony. He gave an all-round introduction of Duolun Technology’s technological innovations and achievements in the low-altitude economy sector, injecting technological momentum into the high-quality development of low-altitude economy in Jiangsu province.

          Guided by the Jiangsu Development & Reform Commission, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation, and Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology, this grand academic conference was hosted by Jiangsu Provincial Comprehensive Transportation Society and jointly organized by Duolun Technology, along with seven other sponsors, including Low-Altitude Economy Development Industry Research Institute of Jiangsu Provincial Comprehensive Transportation Society and JSTI GROUP Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the event was also co-supported by several universities and research institutions such as Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Southeast University.

           

          Based on the principles of “safety, innovation, intelligence, and integration”, the Conference focused on three core directions: innovation in low-altitude collaborative management mechanism, establishment of safety assurance system, and expansion of application scenarios and key technological breakthroughs. It brought together top experts through an opening ceremony, keynote speeches, achievements releases and three parallel seminars, including Academician Chen Zhijie of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician You Xiaohu of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Ao Wanzhong, Director of the National Low-Altitude Economy Integration and Innovation Research Center. Representatives from government departments, enterprises, public institutions, and research institutions were also present at the event to jointly explore new opportunities in developing low-altitude economy and look for new paths for industrial innovation, supporting Jiangsu to establish a highly influential hub for low-altitude economy growth.

          During the opening ceremony, Mr. Zhang Anqiang, President of Duolun Technology, as a VIP guest, witnessed the grand opening of the Conference alongside several leaders and expert academicians.           During the achievements release segment, Duolun Technology officially launched its "Integrated Smart Airport Safety Management and Control Platform". Depending on Duolun Technology's technical expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, the platform integrates core functions such as low-altitude situation awareness, flight activity monitoring, and safety risk early warning for airports. It enables comprehensive, high-precision management and control of the airport and its surrounding low-altitude airspace, providing an “intelligent brain” to support the safe low-altitude operation of airports, thus winning widespread recognition among attending experts and industry representatives.

          At the parallel forum "Application Scenario Innovation Session" hosted by JSTI Group, Dr. Tao Gang from Duolun Technology delivered a keynote speech titled "Research and Application of Integrated Smart Bird Detection and Deterrence System for Airports". He introduced in details the system's technical principles, core advantages, and practical results: the system integrates several technical means including multi-spectral detection, acoustic repellence and autonomous driving to enable full-process management and control of birds around airports, achieving precise detection - intelligent identification - efficient repellence - data traceability". It effectively addresses the pain points of traditional bird prevention methods, such as "limited detection capability, inconsistent repellence effects, and inability to trigger linked early warnings". Currently, the system has been deployed and applied at several hub airports across China, providing a replicable technical solution for low-altitude safety protection at airports.
